WRIST FULL OF DATA Microsoft and Fossil Inc. have been working for a long time to create something small that can show lots of information. They came up to an idea to create a wristwatch that will show lots of information and still the size of it to be as same as the other normal wristwatches. These watches will be using Microsoft’s Smart Personal Object Technology, or SPOT, a scheme that was introduced by Bill Gates at the annual Comdex computer trade show. These watches will allow people to choose the type of information they are interested in such as news, sports, weather, stock quotes. The information will be retrieved from MSN Direct, a specialized version of Microsoft’s online service using local FM radio stations.
