The world-global village-is not a new world any more, with the rapid growth of global networks in such areas as economics and communication. Nowadays, this whole world seems to be a huge network itself, wire or wireless. And almost every aspect of our society has been greatly influenced by this global network, mostly good but there are some side-effects along with it too. With the establishment and development of this global network, we now communicate, transport, transact much more convenient than ever before. And because of this, we have witnessed the booming development of business, politics, arts, science, education, and the like. We often call politics as superstructure, then what is its base? Economy, of course. Therefore, with the establishment of economic networks between various countries the political ties among them are accordingly greatly tightened.
