Internet users enjoy having their experiences on the Web customized to their own personal preferences. These users, however, give up their privacy by having their online activities tracked and personal information about them gathered through cookies and other methods. The personal data of users and their online activities is collected and then can be traced back to specific users. A method to protect users privacy has been developed called Managing Anonymity while Sharing Knowledge to Servers (Masks). Masks creates a barrier between users and the websites they are using. This barrier can then control the information that is collected by the website.
