"National governments should devote more of their social programs and services to children than to adults."
Children are the future. All the investment made on them is in fact made to our future. In this respect, I agree with the above arguement that national goverments should mainly focus on the social development of children than that of adults, due to the following resons. Firstly, investing mainly on children does not mean that adults will lack social development necessary for the well-being of the whole society. Because, these children will grow and become individuals that will possess the necessary consideration for the social development of their own children.
