Active Cell: A selected cell in a graph datasheet or an excel worksheet. What if- analysis: A decision making feature in which data is changed and formulas based on it are automatically recalculated. Values: Numbers, formulas, or functions used in calculations. Excel automatically changes the column and row numbers to reflect the new position. X-Axis: The horizontal axis in a chart because it often shows data categories, such as months, it is also called the category axis. Y-Axis: The vertical axis in a chart: because it often shows numerical values in a two dimensional chart, it is also called the value axis. 2. How do you rename a sheet? When you want to name or rename a worksheet in Excel, you can right-click on the worksheet's tab and choose Rename. Another way to name or rename a worksheet is to double-click the tab you want to name. This selects the text in the tab and allows you to type in a new name.
