A) The activity I have chosen for my PEP is going to be Football. This is because I feel that it is my strongest sport and I would like to improve my ability in certain areas. B) The component of fitness I would like to improve for this sport is: ~ Upper Body Strength C) My goal is to improve my upper body strength for when I play football. This is because, now that my team are playing in a higher league, I may be competing against players who are much bigger and stronger than me and would find it easy to push me off the ball.
